Grace Barnard is an assistant coach for the Boston College women's soccer program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. She arrived from the University of New Hampshire, where she had served as an assistant coach since 2023 and was part of a staff that posted an 18-10-6 overall record with a 9-2-4 mark in America East play. New Hampshire earned consecutive America East Goalkeeper of the Year honors during her time there, and the Wildcats allowed only 14 goals in 2024 after setting a program record with 13 the previous season.
Before joining New Hampshire, Barnard spent one year as an assistant coach at William & Mary. The Tribe produced the CAA Goalkeeper of the Year in 2021 and reached the 2022 CAA Tournament quarterfinals. Earlier in her career, she was the head coach at Assumption College for four seasons, compiling a 29-17-11 record over three playing seasons after the 2020 season was not held because of COVID. Her teams produced 13 Northeast-10 All-Conference or All-Academic selections, 11 All-New England honorees, and a trip to the 2018 Northeast-10 championship match.
