Frantiska Lunackova

Frantiska Lunackova serves as Assistant Coach for the UAB women’s golf program, supporting the development and competitive growth of the Blazers. In her role, Lunackova assists with player instruction, recruiting, practice planning, and tournament preparation as part of the program’s efforts to elevate its standing within the American Athletic Conference and on the national stage. Her background as a high-level collegiate golfer provides valuable insight into course management, competitive strategy, and the mental aspects of the game. A former standout student-athlete at UAB, Lunackova was one of the most accomplished players in program history. During her collegiate career, she earned multiple all-conference honors and represented the Blazers at NCAA Regionals, consistently ranking among the team’s top performers. Known for her consistency and leadership, she helped set a competitive standard within the program. Transitioning into coaching, Lunackova brings firsthand experience, international perspective, and a strong understanding of UAB’s culture as she mentors the next generation of Blazer golfers.
