Fran O'Leary is the head coach of the University of Massachusetts Amherst men's soccer program in Amherst, Massachusetts, a position he assumed before the 2015 season. A native of Dublin, Ireland, he is the 10th head coach in program history and has coached across Division I, Division III, and Major League Soccer.
UMass finished the 2025 season, O'Leary's 11th at the helm, with a 6-5-6 record and a 1-3-2 mark in the program's first year in the Summit League. The Minutemen posted four shutouts and earned their first Summit League victory with a 2-1 home win over Denver. The season also included conference and academic recognition for several players, including first-team all-league honors for Matt Cence.
