Frank Ferraro is an assistant coach for Duquesne University women's basketball in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and enters his 10th season on the Dukes' staff in 2026-27. A Duquesne alumnus, he has worked on the program's defensive schemes and also assisted with player development and substitution patterns. In 2024-25, Duquesne led the Atlantic 10 in turnovers forced and steals, ranked among the national leaders in both categories, produced 19 games with at least 10 steals, and tied the program single-game record with 25 takeaways against Niagara. That season, the Dukes went 16-5 when holding opponents to 40 percent shooting or below and 16-6 when limiting teams to fewer than 70 points.
Ferraro has more than 20 years of college coaching experience. Before joining Duquesne, he spent five seasons from 2010 to 2014 as an assistant men's coach at Washington and Jefferson. He previously coached at Waynesburg, serving two years as an assistant and seven as head coach from 2001 to 2009. His top season there ended with a 16-11 record, a 7-5 conference mark, and a trip to the PAC Championship game.
