Frank Catalanotto is the head baseball coach at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, a position he has held since July 7, 2021.
A Long Island native and former major league outfielder and infielder, Catalanotto quickly produced results at Hofstra. In his first season, the Pride went 30-23 overall and 15-9 in Colonial Athletic Association play, finishing just short of the program's single-season wins record. That 2022 team won Hofstra's first CAA championship and earned the program's first NCAA Regional berth, highlighted by nine walk-off victories, including three in the conference tournament.
