Francesca Enea
Assistant Coach
Francesca Enea is entering her third season as an assistant coach with the Florida Gators softball program in 2026. She joined the coaching staff on Her primary responsibilities include working with catchers and hitters.
Enea was an outstanding player at Florida (2007-2010), where she became one of the top power hitters in program and SEC history. She set the SEC career home run record with 61, and also holds Florida records for home runs, RBIs, total bases, and various single-season marks. She was a multi-time NFCA All-American and two-time All-SEC selection. After her collegiate career, she played professionally (USSSA Pride / NPF), then worked as an analyst covering softball across multiple conferences and NCAA regionals, before returning to UF as a coach.
