Ethan Rand serves as Coordinator/Men's & Women's Golf Operations for Mississippi State University's Men's Golf program in Starkville, Mississippi. Since joining Mississippi State in January 2023, Rand has handled team travel, daily operations, budgeting, equipment needs, home-tournament support, and facility logistics for the golf programs. Before Mississippi State, Rand worked in operations roles with USA Baseball and Kent State, where he also served as director of operations.
He graduated from Kent State in 2022 with a degree in sports administration and brings a strong administrative and event-operations background to the Bulldogs' golf staff.
