Erinn Stenman-Fahey serves as Assistant Track & Field Coach/Cross Country Coach for Mississippi State University's Track and Field program in Starkville, Mississippi. Erinn Stenman-Fahey was named as an assistant coach for cross country and track at Mississippi State in the summer of 2022. Stenman-Fahey oversaw the cross country team to a historic 2025 season.
The team was consistently ranked in the top five regionally throughout the season. Nelly Jemeli was the first athlete to qualify for the NCAA Championships in nearly a decade.
