Erin Horne

Erin Horne enters her third season with UCF in 2025-26, serving as the Director of Basketball Operations for the women’s basketball program since 2023. Before UCF, she spent four seasons at Lipscomb, holding roles as Director of Operations and Assistant Coach, where she contributed to record-setting wins and national academic recognition. Prior to Lipscomb, Horne was a graduate assistant at Mercer, helping the team achieve back-to-back undefeated conference seasons and NCAA Tournament appearances. An Orlando native, she previously interned with the WNBA’s Atlanta Dream and was a standout player at Converse College, where she became the program’s all-time steals leader. She holds a B.A. in Business Sports Management and a Master’s in Higher Education Leadership.
