Erika Yohn serves as Assistant Coach for University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Women's Soccer program in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Erika Yohn was hired as an assistant coach for Charlotte Women's Soccer in February of 2025. In her first season with the Niners, Yohn oversaw a career-best campaign from transfer goalkeeper Harlee Head, who notched four shutouts on the way to a Third Team All-American Conference nod under Yohn's mentorship as the Green and White allowed a goal or fewer in 12 games. Head would finish fourth in the American Conference in both goals against average (1.20) and shutouts while placing sixth in both saves (69) and saves per game (3.83), all of which were career-high marks in her first season in Charlotte; she was also twice named the American Conference Goalkeeper of the Week and an Honorable Mention once.
