Erika Brown is the associate head women's basketball coach and recruiting coordinator at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut. She entered her fifth season with the Stags in 2026-27 and her second as associate head coach after a promotion following the 2024-25 campaign.
Brown has been part of one of the most successful periods in Fairfield women's basketball. In her first four seasons on staff, the Stags won 102 games, a total that ranked among the best in Division I, and captured three straight MAAC championships with three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, the program's first three-peat. Fairfield also posted an 87-12 overall record across those championship years and went 67-2 against conference opponents.
