Eric Youncofski is the Director of Basketball Operations for Boston College men's basketball in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He arrived at Boston College after three years with The Gazelle Group, where he moved through several leadership roles in event and NIL operations. He began there as Director of Team and Event Operations, overseeing neutral-site basketball events and coordinating with venues, participating teams, and television partners. He later served as Director of NIL and Operations, where he established the company's NIL division and worked with student-athletes and coaches on business matters. He concluded his time with The Gazelle Group as Managing Director of Events, focusing on team recruitment for non-conference events and matchup planning tied to ticket sales and sponsorship opportunities.
Before that, Youncofski spent four seasons at UConn. He served two years as Director of Basketball Operations before being elevated to Assistant Athletic Director for Men's Basketball Operations for his final season. At UConn, his responsibilities included budget preparation and oversight, travel coordination, and the daily administration of the men's basketball program. He also assisted with practice and skill session organization, scouting reports, and community outreach planning.
