Eric Wilson is entering his third season as a member of Coach McDevitt’s staff after joining the Blue Raiders prior to the 2022-23 season. In his third season with the Blue Raiders, the team earned two Preseason All-CUSA nods in Jestin Porter and Camryn Weston and earned its 16th 20-win season with a 22-12 record. The squad finished the season averaging 76.7 points per game, an 11-point improvement over the season prior, the largest increase in Conference USA.
