Erick Duffy is an assistant coach for jumps, throws, and combined events with the Boston College men's track and field/cross country program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, beginning his first season on the Eagles' staff.
Before arriving at Boston College, he spent the 2022-23 season as an assistant coach at Harvard, where he worked with the vertical jumps, javelin, and combined events athletes. Harvard won both the men's and women's Ivy League titles in 2023, and athletes in those event groups set school records in the women's pole vault and the men's heptathlon and decathlon. Duffy also coached at North Andover High School and is a co-owner of Lux Viridi Athletic Club.
