Eric Fierro
Assistant Coach
Eric Fierro is in his seventh season as an assistant coach with the Stockton University men’s basketball program. During his tenure on the Osprey bench, Stockton has won 109 games and earned four NCAA Tournament berths, including two trips to the NCAA Sweet 16. Fierro has played an integral role in supporting game preparation, player development, recruiting, and scouting as the program has maintained its position among the top teams in the NJAC and NCAA Division III.
Prior to joining the collegiate ranks at Stockton, Fierro built an impressive résumé at Southern Regional High School. He served nine years as head boys’ basketball coach after five seasons as an assistant, guiding the Rams to multiple tournament appearances and seven postseason victories. In 2014-15, he was named South Jersey Coach of the Year by The Press of Atlantic City after leading Southern to a 20-7 record. Fierro is a graduate of Ursinus College, where he played football, and later earned master’s degrees in Special Education from New Jersey City University and Educational Administration from the University of Scranton.
