Eric Arriaga
Assistant Coach
Eric Arriaga joined the Loyola University Maryland volleyball program as an assistant coach in January 2017. He arrived after serving in a similar capacity at George Mason University during the 2016 season. A native of the Denver area, Arriaga played men’s volleyball at Stanford University, graduating in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.
At Loyola, Arriaga contributes to the team in several areas: player development across positions, recruiting, scouting, marketing and video/statistical analysis. Previously, in his role at George Mason, he aided the program in setting a school record for single-match digs and contributed to recruiting and training efforts. With his background as a collegiate player and his early transition into high-level coaching support roles, Arriaga brings a dynamic combination of analytical and developmental coaching skills to the Greyhounds volleyball program.
