Erica Ludwikowski is an assistant women's soccer coach and recruiting coordinator at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, joining the program in February 2026.
Before arriving at Drexel, Ludwikowski spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Cleveland State. Her responsibilities included recruiting, showcase and team travel coordination, transfer portal management, training sessions, and game-day preparation. During that span, Cleveland State produced two All-Horizon League players and one Horizon League All-Academic Team selection.
