Emmy Klika is an assistant coach for Duquesne University volleyball in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, having joined the program in July 2026 for the 2026 season.
Before arriving at Duquesne, Klika spent the 2025 season on Jacksonville's coaching staff while continuing her professional playing career. At Jacksonville, she worked in player development and contributed to film review, scouting, practice planning, skill instruction, and player evaluation. That season, the Dolphins went 22-8, recorded the program's third 20-win season since 2000, posted consecutive years with at least 10 conference victories for only the second time in school history, and earned wins against three top-100 RPI opponents. She has also worked with players in the Pittsburgh area through private instruction and youth camps.
