Emma Parkhurst is an assistant coach for Northeastern University women's volleyball in Boston, Massachusetts. She joined the Huskies after serving at Division III William Smith, where she was part of a staff that helped the program reach its first NCAA Division III Championship appearance in 2024 and post a school-record 22-7 finish. Across three seasons at William Smith, she contributed to 53 wins, a Liberty League playoff berth, and the development of multiple all-conference, all-region, and All-America honorees.
Before William Smith, Parkhurst coached at the University of Southern Maine, where she was part of a 13-win season and worked with six All-Academic selections. A Hamilton College graduate with a degree in neuroscience, she was a three-year starting setter and team captain, finished with more than 1,000 assists and three triple-doubles, and served as president of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
