Emma Jarrett
Assistant Coach
Emma Jarrett serves as an assistant coach for the University of Alabama in Huntsville volleyball program, returning to her alma mater after previously contributing as a student assistant coach during the 2023 season. Prior to joining the Chargers’ full-time staff, Jarrett was the varsity head coach at Ardmore High School in 2024, where she gained valuable leadership experience guiding a competitive high school program. She has also coached national-level teams with United Volleyball Club for five years, further strengthening her background in player development and advanced competition.
Jarrett was a member of the UAH volleyball team from 2019 to 2022 and distinguished herself both academically and athletically. A four-time Gulf South Conference Honor Roll recipient, she consistently excelled in the classroom, earning recognition on both the Dean’s List and President’s List. Her academic achievements culminated in being named the Department of Kinesiology’s Dodd-Elder Physical Education Major of the Year for 2023–24. As a coach, Jarrett brings firsthand experience of the Chargers’ culture and expectations, along with a commitment to mentoring student-athletes and supporting the continued success of the UAH volleyball program in Huntsville, Alabama.
