Emma Brown is an assistant swimming and diving coach at Fairfield University in Fairfield, Connecticut, where she joined the men's and women's program for the 2024-25 season. Before arriving at Fairfield, she served as an assistant coach with the Raleigh Swim Association beginning in May 2023. While there, 12 swimmers qualified for the North Carolina Age Group Championship meet and five advanced to the Age Group Sectionals.
Brown previously worked on the LIU staff during the 2021-22 and 2022-23 seasons, contributing to training and recruiting for both the men's and women's teams. As a student-athlete at Adelphi University, she competed for four seasons through 2019-20 and set school records in the 100 and 200 butterfly while also contributing to record-setting relay teams in the 200 medley, 200 freestyle, and 400 freestyle. She was a four-time selection to both the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and the Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll. Brown earned a bachelor of arts degree in anthropology from Adelphi, with minors in public health and forensic anthropology.
