Emily Mansur is the head coach of volleyball at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York, and enters the 2026 season in her 13th year leading the program after first joining the Pride staff as an assistant coach in 2013. Named head coach on May 7, 2013, she has compiled a 223-116 record across her first 12 seasons in charge. Hofstra reached the NCAA Tournament twice under her direction, winning CAA championships in 2014 and 2018, and her teams also claimed regular-season CAA titles in 2015 and 2025.
Mansur's first season as head coach set the tone for her tenure. In 2014, Hofstra went 28-6, won the conference tournament, and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. The team's 28 wins were the program's highest total since 1989, and she coached four players to postseason honors, including Kelsie Wills, who became the program's second AVCA All-American and Hofstra's first CAA Player of the Year since 2006. Hannah Klemm was also named CAA Setter of the Year. Hofstra followed that with a 21-11 season in 2015, sharing the regular-season CAA title and posting the program's first back-to-back 20-win seasons since 1999 and 2000. Five players earned conference postseason recognition that year, and Klemm repeated as CAA Setter of the Year. In 2016, the Pride recorded a third consecutive 20-win season, finishing 20-12, the first time Hofstra had reached 20 wins in three straight years since 1998-2000. Laura Masciullo was named CAA Rookie of the Year, the program's first winner of that award since 2004, while Hannah Klemm became a CoSIDA Academic All-American and the CAA Scholar-Athlete of the Year in volleyball. During the summer of 2016, Mansur also participated in the NCAA Women Coaches Academy.
