Emily Glaser
Head Coach
Emily Glaser is entering her 14th season leading Florida women’s golf in 2025–26, continuing a tenure defined by sustained contention and player development. The 2024–25 Gators collected five tournament titles, finished runner-up at the SEC Championship, tied for third at NCAA Regionals, and reached the NCAA National Championships for the first time since 2019, with freshman Jessica Guiser winning the Gators Invitational and Glaser landing on the WGCA National Coach of the Year Watch List. The youthful lineup also advanced to SEC match play, where multiple underclassmen delivered clinching points—momentum that carried into nationals.
Hired as UF’s head coach on June 8, 2012, Glaser previously served as an assistant at Michigan State and Duke before joining Florida’s staff in 2011. A former LPGA and Futures Tour professional, she was an All-American and four-time All-Big Ten pick at Michigan State and a 2012 MSU Athletics Hall of Fame inductee. At Florida, her résumé includes the 2017 SEC team title, regular NCAA postseason appearances, and All-American performances across multiple seasons. Her approach blends competitive rigor with development-focused coaching, producing team wins, individual medalists, and national-stage experience while elevating UF back into consistent championship conversations.
