Emilie Petit is the associate head coach and women's swimming and diving recruiting coordinator at Towson University in Towson, Maryland, working with the school's men's and women's swimming and diving teams. The 2025-26 season is her third as associate head coach and fifth on Anthony Bruno's staff.
Since arriving at Towson for the 2022-23 season, Petit has been on staff for several notable program results. In 2025-26, the Tiger women placed third and the men finished second at the CAA Championships, where Towson swimmers won 17 medals and set six school records. Jed Garner qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 100 and 200 breaststroke, and Addie Scott won the CAA title in the 200 freestyle. The previous season included a school record in the 200 freestyle relay by Bjartey Gudmundsdottir, Marissa Kleckner, Ryland Zuniga, and Claire Ryland. In 2023-24, Ally Frame broke Towson's records in the 100 and 200 backstroke, Scott was named CAA Women's Rookie of the Year, and Brian Benzing finished as national runner-up and an All-American in the 100 breast. Towson also set 16 program records in Petit's first season.
