Elizabeth Rubright is in her first season with Boston College football in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, serving as assistant director of on-campus recruiting. Before joining the Eagles full time, she worked as an on-campus recruiting intern at Boston College in 2025, assisting with the planning and execution of more than 50 official visits for prospective student-athletes and their families.
Rubright previously attended Liberty University, where she served as an on-campus recruiting assistant for football, supporting game day recruiting events and official visit weekends. She also worked as an athletics tutor and as a student-athlete development and engagement intern. A native of New Jersey, she earned a degree in sport management from Liberty in 2026.
