Eli Foy is the head strength and conditioning coach and chief of staff for the University of Louisville men's basketball program in Louisville, Kentucky, and he is entering his third season in that position under Pat Kelsey.
In his first two seasons at Louisville, the Cardinals posted strong results, including a 27-8 record and a second-place ACC finish in his first year, followed by a 24-11 season, a quarterfinal run in the ACC Tournament, and the program's first NCAA Tournament victory since 2017 in his second. Louisville also reached its first ACC Championship game during his first season and returned to the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2019.
