Dylan Stevens is the Director of Football Operations for Wake Forest football in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a position he assumed in January 2025 on Jake Dickert's staff. He first joined the program in 2017 as a football operations intern and was promoted in 2019 to assistant director of football video/operations.
Stevens oversees team travel planning for games, including transportation, security, equipment, and food service, and travels ahead to away sites to manage logistics and represent the program. He also handles staff calendars and internal communication.
