Drew Langston is the Director of Volleyball Operations for Wake Forest volleyball in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a position he assumed on April 7, 2025. He returned to Wake Forest less than a year earlier and served as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator during the 2024 season after previously working with the Demon Deacons as a volunteer coach in 2022-23.
In his first year back at Wake Forest in 2024-25, Langston was part of a staff that helped the program become one of the ACC's better blocking teams, finishing seventh in the conference in team blocks and averaging 2.45 blocks per set. During his earlier stint with the Deacons in 2022, Wake Forest went 17-14, won 10 home matches for its highest home total since 2014, and earned a berth in the National Invitational Volleyball Championship for the program's first postseason appearance since 1986. The team also ranked third in the ACC in digs per set, while Emma Farrell was named ACC Freshman of the Year and Farrell and Paige Crawford both earned all-freshman honors.
