Drew Kayser is the Director of Golf at Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, where he oversees the men's and women's golf programs. He has led Boston College golf since 2012 after previously serving as an assistant coach from 2008 to 2011. Before and during his early years at BC, he also worked as head golf professional at Belmont Country Club outside Boston. Across more than 30 years in golf instruction and coaching, he has built a record that includes sustained team success, individual champions, academic recognition for his student-athletes, and extensive professional credentials within the PGA of America.
Under Kayser, Boston College has recorded the highest number of tournament victories in program history, with wins spanning both teams over more than a decade. Team titles under his direction include events such as the 2025 LIU Shark Invitational, the 2024 and 2023 Red Bandanna Invitationals, the 2023 Penn State Nittany Lion Invitational, the 2023 Sacred Heart Invitational, the 2022 Boston College Intercollegiate, multiple 2021 events for both programs, the 2018 Clemson Invitational, the 2017 Lady EagleCat Invitational, several women's titles in 2016, and earlier victories dating to his first stint with the program. One of the strongest seasons came in 2016-17, when the women's team won four tournaments and finished second three times in nine events.
