Don Dione is the Director of Operations for Quinnipiac University women's soccer in Hamden, Connecticut, and is back with the program for his 16th season. He first worked with the Bobcats while completing a master's degree mentorship in 2010 under head coach Dave Clarke, serving as a volunteer assistant coach with responsibilities that included scouting reports, game analysis, and operational support.
Dione has more than 20 years of coaching experience. Before joining Quinnipiac, he was the head coach of the East Haven High School girls' varsity soccer team from 2001 to 2009, becoming the winningest coach in program history and leading the team to three state tournament appearances. He has also served as a head coach at South Central Premier since 2003.
