Donald Celiscar is the cornerbacks coach for the University of Massachusetts Amherst football program in Amherst, Massachusetts, and 2026 marks his second season with UMass after joining the staff in 2025.
Celiscar came to Amherst from Western Michigan, where he spent three seasons coaching cornerbacks. His defensive backs there included multiple all-conference selections, among them Keni-H Lovely, a two-time All-MAC pick who later signed with the Buffalo Bills as an undrafted free agent, and Bilhal Kone, who earned invitations to the Senior Bowl and East-West Shrine Bowl. Western Michigan also reached a bowl game and went 5-3 in MAC play in 2024 during his time on staff.
