Dominique Franks serves as Pass Game Coordinator / Nickels Coach for University of Tulsa's Football program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Franks enters his third season on the Tulsa coaching staff. He was elevated to Pass Game Coordinator and Nickels Coach in January 2026.
He served as the cornerbacks coach during the 2025 season. During the 2024 season, Franks was promoted to serve as the cornerbacks coach. Under his guidance, Franks coached Elijah Green, who was named as a semifinalist for the Paycom Jim Thorpe Award, for the top defensive back in college football. Green led the American Conference in interceptions with five interceptions the seventh most in the nation during the 2025 season.
