Dimi Kutrovsky is the head coach of the Virginia Commonwealth University men's tennis team in Richmond, Virginia, and entered his second season with the Rams after being hired on July 13, 2024.
In his first year leading VCU, Kutrovsky guided the Rams to a 13-12 record and an Atlantic 10 championship, the program's eighth straight conference title. VCU earned the championship by defeating Saint Joseph's, Richmond, and Dayton before advancing to the NCAA Tournament, where the Rams fell to South Carolina in the first round. The team also posted an 85 percent winning rate in Atlantic 10 matches. Five players received all-conference recognition under his direction, including first-team selections German Samofalov and Alfred Almasi, while Nicolo Consonni, Erwann Bouchet, and Leon Zarorski were named to the second team. Samofalov, Almasi, Consonni, Bouchet, and Kostiantyn Mantach were also recognized as Atlantic 10 Scholar-Athletes after each recorded at least a 3.5 GPA for the academic year.
