Diane Gibson is an assistant coach for Duquesne University track and field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, entering her first season on the staff. A Duquesne graduate with a bachelor's degree in business management, she works across several event areas, including pole vault, middle distance, and distance.
Before joining Duquesne, Gibson coached at Canon-McMillan High School, where she was part of teams that won two WPIAL district titles and 10 section championships. Her athletes included more than 30 WPIAL medalists, two individual WPIAL champions, and two PIAA state medalists, along with numerous state qualifiers. She also assisted Canon-McMillan's cross country program and previously spent two seasons at Saint Francis University, where she earned a master's degree in education and leadership.
