Devon O'Nalty is the head diving coach and assistant swim coach for Fairfield University's men's swimming and diving program in Fairfield, Connecticut, and returns for his seventh season with the Stags in 2025-26. Working primarily with Fairfield's divers, he has also been part of a period that included MAAC championships for the women's team in 2020 and 2023 and the men's program's best conference finish, a runner-up result in 2022.
O'Nalty is a two-time MAAC Diving Coach of the Year, earning that recognition in 2022 and again in 2023-24. In the 2023-24 season, Fairfield divers claimed the conference's major honors. Alexis Gaulin was named Most Outstanding Female Diver after winning the 1-meter and 3-meter titles, Lily Tonole was selected as Female Diving Rookie of the Meet, and Andrew Cataldo earned both Most Outstanding Male Diver and Diving Rookie of the Meet after winning the 3-meter event and placing fourth on 1-meter. O'Nalty was also named ECAC Diving Coach of the Meet in 2019.
