Desmond Lindsey serves as Assistant Wide Receivers Coach for Mississippi State University's Football program in Starkville, Mississippi. Lindsey was named the 2023 Sun Belt Conference Recruiter of the Year during his most recent stint at Southern Miss. Lindsey, a Taylorsville, Mississippi native, arrives in Starkville with nearly two decades of collegiate coaching experience and a track record of player development, offensive production and elite recruiting.
Desmond Lindsey to the Bulldogs' coaching staff as assistant wide receivers coach. He most recently spent the 2025 season at UTEP, where he led the Miners' outside receivers, and previously served as associate head coach, offensive recruiting coordinator and wide receivers coach at Southern Miss from 2021-24.
