Derek Radley has emerged as one of the premier leaders in collegiate women’s golf since being named head coach at the University of Oregon in 2018. Entering his eighth season in 2025–26, Radley has transformed the Ducks into a national powerhouse, consistently competing for conference and NCAA championships. Under his leadership, Oregon has reached the NCAA Championship match play rounds multiple times, including a runner-up finish in 2022 and semifinal appearances in 2024 and 2025. His program-building success is further highlighted by conference titles in both the Pac-12 (2022) and Big Ten (2025), demonstrating sustained excellence across evolving competitive landscapes.
Prior to Oregon, Radley spent six seasons at the University of Arizona, where he helped guide the Wildcats to the 2018 NCAA national championship as associate head coach. Known for his elite recruiting and player development, Radley has elevated Oregon’s individual success as well, coaching numerous All-Americans and developing some of the top collegiate golfers in the country. His teams have consistently produced top finishes, with dozens of top-five tournament results and a strong overall competitive record. A former collegiate golfer at Ferris State, Radley combines technical expertise with a player-centered coaching philosophy, fostering both competitive success and personal growth among his student-athletes.
