Dennis Truman is the assistant coach and director of operations for the University of Louisville women's lacrosse program in Louisville, Kentucky, a position he was named to in January 2026 after joining the Cardinals in 2025.
A retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class, Truman first worked around Louisville in 2024 as an ACC/ESPN color commentator and then joined the staff during the 2024-25 season as a program volunteer. In that capacity, he assisted on the field during practices and games and oversaw the team's leadership and character development efforts.
