Demi Washington is the Chief of Staff for Temple University women's basketball in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, entering her first year in the position after serving as the program's Graduate External in 2024-25. Her current duties include community engagement and outreach, player professional development, liaison work for the head coach, and coordination of team and staff engagement.
Washington joined Temple women's basketball in 2023 following a four-year career at Vanderbilt, where she played on scholarship in the SEC. She appeared in 120 games with more than 50 starts and finished with 423 points, 250 rebounds, 93 steals, and 55 assists. Among her academic honors, she earned SEC Academic Honor Roll recognition in 2020-21 and 2021-22 and was named to the First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll in 2019-20.
