David Flower is an assistant coach for the Fordham University women's soccer program in Bronx, New York. He entered his fourth season on the staff in 2025 after previously serving as the team's goalkeeper coach and director of sports and performance analysis.
During his time on the Fordham staff, the Rams posted a 10-5-4 record in 2024, finished in the top four of the conference, and earned the program's first home playoff game in more than 20 years. That season also marked Fordham's best conference finish since 2009, and the team recorded 37 assists, 36 goals, and 109 points, all among the best single-season totals in program history. In 2025, Fordham advanced to the Atlantic 10 Championship semifinals for the first time since 2015, with three All-Atlantic 10 selections, one All-Rookie Team honoree, and two All-East Region picks.
