Dave DeFerrari

Dave DeFerrari serves as an assistant coach for the Ramapo College women’s basketball program, contributing to the development and competitive success of the Roadrunners in NJAC play. In his role, DeFerrari assists with practice planning, scouting, recruiting, and game-day preparation while working closely with the head coach and staff to enhance player development. His efforts support a program that has earned multiple NJAC and ECAC Tournament appearances and continues to build a strong foundation within Division III competition. As a member of the coaching staff, DeFerrari plays an active role in mentoring student-athletes, focusing on skill refinement, positional awareness, and overall basketball IQ. He reinforces the program’s emphasis on discipline, teamwork, and academic achievement while helping prepare players for the demands of conference and postseason competition. Through his involvement, DeFerrari contributes to sustaining the competitive culture and growth of Ramapo women’s basketball.
