Dan Wendt serves as Assistant Coach for Florida International University's Women's Basketball program in Miami, Florida.
Dan Wendt was named an assistant coach at FIU in July of 2020, joining newly hired Jesyka Burks-Wiley's staff. Wendt joins FIU after spending the past year as the Head of Skill Development at IMG Academy. During his time there, he was responsible for skill development of all academy athletes, film analysis and breakdown, while also creating and executing pre-draft workout plans for current NBA stars Ja Morant and Luke Maye, who currently plays in the NBA G-League.
