While working with the women’s team from 2016 to 2018, he helped guide the program to a 42–29 overall record and a second-place finish in the Mountain East Conference, coaching three First Team All-MEC players. With the men’s team in 2018, Reilly contributed to a program-record 16 wins and a 5–9 mark in EIVA play, providing skill instruction, film breakdown, and detailed scouting reports.
A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Reilly is a graduate of Penn State Altoona, where he was a four-year member of the men’s volleyball program and later served as an undergraduate assistant coach while completing his degree in kinesiology with a minor in psychology. He earned his master’s degree in strategic leadership from the University of Charleston in 2017. Reilly resides in Jersey City, New Jersey, and continues to bring a strong analytical and developmental approach to NJIT men’s volleyball.
