Dan Gooley is the director of baseball operations at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut, a position he joined for the 2022 season on head coach John Delaney's staff.
Gooley returned to Quinnipiac after building one of the most successful coaching records in program history. He is the Bobcats' all-time leader in managerial wins, posting 430 victories across 24 seasons as head coach, including 235 at the NCAA Division I level. His overall college coaching total reached 542 wins between Quinnipiac and the University of Hartford.
