Dan Fabian is an assistant coach for the Quinnipiac University women's soccer program in Hamden, Connecticut, and is set to enter his fourth season with the team in fall 2026.
Fabian joined Quinnipiac women's soccer after serving as an assistant coach for the university's men's team from 2022 to 2023. In his first three seasons with the women's program, the Bobcats compiled a 35-12-8 record, including a 31-6-7 mark in MAAC play. During that span, Quinnipiac won the 2023 MAAC regular-season title, captured the 2023 MAAC tournament championship, reached the NCAA tournament in 2023, and returned to the MAAC postseason championship match in 2024 after finishing as regular-season runner-up.
