Dale Jordan
Head Coach
Dale Jordan has been the head men’s soccer coach at Stevens Institute of Technology since August 2016, building one of the most successful eras in the program’s history. Entering the 2025 season, Jordan has compiled an impressive record — over 100 wins with multiple conference championships across the Empire 8 and MAC Freedom, and consistent NCAA Tournament appearances. Under his leadership, the Ducks captured six regular season titles and multiple postseason championships, solidifying Stevens as a perennial contender in Division III men’s soccer. Jordan’s most notable achievement came in 2022 when he guided the Ducks to an historic run to the NCAA Final Four, the deepest tournament run in program history. His teams have also advanced to the Round of 16 and beyond in several other seasons, and Jordan has been recognized as conference Coach of the Year multiple times for his ability to develop winning, well-rounded teams.
Before Stevens, Jordan gained extensive coaching experience at several collegiate programs, including assistant roles at Hobart College and Springfield College, and contributions at Nazareth College, Monroe Community College, and Rochester Institute of Technology. Beyond college soccer, he served as Director of Coaching and General Manager for the Rochester Futbol Club and worked in team operations for the Rochester Rhinos. Jordan’s playing career includes two seasons at Penn State, and he holds a Bachelor of Science in exercise physiology and coaching from Dublin City University. Known for his leadership, tactical acumen, and commitment to player development both on and off the field, Jordan has established a strong culture of competitive success and academic achievement among his student-athletes at Stevens.
