Cynthia Jordan

Cynthia “CJ” Jordan joined the Florida Gators’ women’s basketball coaching staff in 2022 as Assistant Coach and Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to that, she spent ten seasons as the Director of Women’s Basketball Operations at the University of South Carolina, where she oversaw all team logistics, scheduling, travel, and served as the liaison between the program and other parts of the athletics department. She also was South Carolina’s video coordinator from 2008-2011, managing film breakdown of games and practices, and evaluating prospect video work. Jordan played her college basketball at Temple University under head coach Dawn Staley, earning four letters before playing professionally overseas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing (2004) and a master’s in Sports & Recreation Administration (2009), both from Temple.
