Craig Fitzgerald is the director of football performance for Boston College football in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and is entering his third season with the program. He rejoined head coach Bill O'Brien after previously working with him at Penn State from 2012 to 2013 and with the Houston Texans from 2014 to 2017.
Fitzgerald has more than 25 years of experience in collegiate and professional strength and conditioning. Before coming to Boston College, he spent the 2023-24 offseason at Florida after four seasons as head strength and conditioning coach with the New York Giants. His earlier head strength coaching stops included Tennessee, South Carolina, Harvard, Penn State, and Houston, and he also worked as an assistant strength coach at Maryland and as a graduate assistant at Arizona State and Catholic University.
