Former UTSA quarterback Cordale Grundy is in his first season as the program’s assistant wide receivers coach. Grundy came to UTSA following a two-year stint at Michigan State. He served as the assistant tight ends coach in 2025 after spending the 2024 campaign as a graduate student coach on offense.
