Colleen McQuillen serves as Director of Operations for Lehigh University's Women's Basketball program in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
Colleen McQuillen ‘25, co-captain of Lehigh’s 2024-25 Patriot League championship team, will serve as the Mountain Hawks’ Director of Basketball Operations for the 2025-26 season. McQuillen spent the last two seasons as a point guard for the Mountain Hawks, serving as a team co-captain with Stemmer last season. As a senior, McQuillen averaged 6.1 points, 3.5 rebounds and a team-leading 3.4 assists per game.
